Kajiit face tutorial

Hi!

I was just tinkering with some LEGO bricks, when I got an idea to make a Khajiit (a humanoid cat) face! So here is the result:

In this post I am going to show you step by step how to make this creation. You can make a Khajiit statue, or reshape it into a quadruped cat. That's up to you!

part one: the lower half

1 2-knob beam

2   4-knob beams (one red!)

1   8-knob brick (red)
1   4-knob brick (red)

build this twice, then continue to the next step!

add your build from the last step to the main one like this (one on the middle-up and one on the middle-down):











as before, but don't build this twice!

1   4-knob beam
2   1-knob beams

2   8-knob bricks
2   6-knob bricks

can you see it? it's in the middle of the screen! Do the same to the other side!

of course, you can also use 8, 6, 3, or just 2-knob beams!

turn the whole thing by 90 degrees.












you have dont he first part! now that wasn't too hard was it? It's time to continue to...

Part two: the upper half

1   16-knob brick (or 2 8-knob bricks of course)
2   3-knob corner beams (or, as seen in the left
     one, 1 1-knob beam and a 2-knob one)

1   8-knob brick
1   6-knob beam (or, as showed, 1 4-knob beam 
      and one2-knob one)

now, fit them together like this:

put it upright and add add the following so it looks like this:

1   8-knob brick  x2
1   4-knob beam  x2

2   4-knob bricks (black)

1   8-knob brick
1   4-knob beam

2   8-knob bricks
1   4-knob beam

2   8-knob bricks
2   4-knob beams

x2

2   2-knob beams
2   3-knob beams
2   4-knob beams

Now fit the two parts together, and yuo have a head! The only thing missing are the teeth, but thats coming now!










I have experimented for minutes, but I thought that this was the best result, but this isn't the only possible teeth combination! feel free to customize with tubes, cones and whatnot! add more or less teeth!

you will have to take out a piece of the lower jaw to fit in the smaller teeth, but I thought fitting them in at the beginning would make them too chaotic.





The end result! you can now make a feline or humanoid body, a bust, or, if you don't feel like it, nothing!
